Back from Starz Denver Film Festival

Back from Starz Denver Film Festival

We had three great screenings at Starz Denver Film Festival in November. Everyone seemed very moved by the film and responded to it in a very positive way.
Very special thanks to everyone who worked at the festival and to longtime friends of the Young family, Ron Henderson, Kelly Clement and Howie Movshovitz!

I believe our father Robert M. Young’s showed his film The Ballad of Gregorio Cortez at Starz Denver exactly 30 years ago. It was very special to be back in Denver showing The Maze so many years later!

Here are some pics from our trip.

We got to go into the projection room and meet some of the hard working folks that make the festival possible.

On one of the walls in the projection room is an autograph wall with all sorts of familiar names on it.

We met some really great people at the festival.  The Denver folks sure know how to throw a party!

The closing night everyone was invited to the Ellie Caulkins Opera House  to check out the film “The Artist” It was such an amazing venue to see the film in and we all really enjoyed it.
